Hello! If you backed the project at a level that should have included Puberty, you will now have an email from us is your Kickstarter messages with information, an explanation, and a code for our website to either get something else or save until we get Puberty released. If you think you should have that email, and you don't have it, first check your spam (sometimes Kickstarter messages get into junk mail) and if its still not there, email Rachelle (our Chief Administrative Flamingo) at [email protected] and we will sort you out. Well, good morning,
We've just discovered that for unknown reasons, the primary email address for this project was de-authorized from the account at...some point in the last 14 months (despite working just fine for everything else). We've asked for more info from Kickstarter to see why, but that's the news. This means: we haven't seen any of your messages in that time, and also that two updates we have sent to you were (as far as I can tell?) stuck in drafts because they couldn't be validated on the system. We're back in the account now and getting sorted out. It has been... an exciting time.
QUICK NOTE: if you backed the project in any way that included the Puberty book, you'll be getting an email this week about why it still isn't ready, and details on a credit to our web store if you want a different book instead while we keep trying.
Thanks for your patience, friends. I am not enjoying this mess at all, but I sure as heck enjoy you.

PUBERTY is still delayed!

Hi friends! Judging from the messages we’re getting it looks like a few of you haven’t noticed our updates that the puberty book is delayed! PUBERTY, PICK YOUR PATH will be shipping Fall 2022. You don’t have to do anything different in order to get your puberty book, we will send them to you automatically when they are ready.
This exciting situation is due to Flamingo Rampant receiving a partnership grant to develop an exciting interactive online resource to be launched at the same time as the book, and so we slowed development of the book in order to make the website and book both more robust and interesting. Thanks for your patience as we capitalize on this amazing opportunity to invite ALL kids - regardless of where they live or what other kind of support they may have access - to the new resource we’re building.

So excited to report that packages are starting to go out in Canada this week and will start in the US on Monday! We’re just seeing the first few west-coasters getting parcels today and it’s very exciting!
Please note! We have almost 1000 packages to mail, and said the process will take a couple of weeks to complete - don’t be alarmed if you don’t see your books right away. But of course if you run into any issues let us know via email and we’ll do our best to get you sorted out.
Also keep an eye on your email for digital download links, which will also be going out soon. Remember, those links are only good for 30 days (the fulfillment service makes that rule, not us), so download your digital items promptly.
Last: thanks for your support and for generally being amazing. We appreciate you so much in every way, especially this season with so much difficulty and mishegas in the process. The encouraging notes, the patience, the kindness people have shown has been so helpful and lovely.

BackerKit surveys are coming!

Hello loves! This week, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. This is how you'll tell us where to send what you pre-ordered! It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://flamingo-rampant-adventure.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://flamingo-rampant-adventure.backerkit.com/faq.
